1. Data Collection and Organization

GridSniper collects operational data regarding your organization's facilities, including configured pricing thresholds, curtailment buffer tolerances, and facility node assignments. This data is strictly used to process and route ERCOT system alerts effectively.

2. Use of Facility and API Information

We respect your organizational privacy. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your facility configurations, webhook URLs, API keys, or alert logs with third parties. Your data remains siloed within your multi-tenant organizational structure securely.

3. Financial Data & Subscription Billing

GridSniper does not natively store detailed financial data, including credit card numbers, in our local application database. All metered subscription billing computations and financial transactions are handled securely through Stripe.

4. System States and Public Data

Information related to the ERCOT grid—such as nodal LMPs, System-wide Load, and Monthly Peaks—is considered public knowledge. While we aggregate and distribute this data through our proprietary engine, it does not constitute personally identifiable information.

5. API Security and Webhooks

We employ secure UUIDs and standard API Key authentications to protect external programmatic access to your dashboard. It is your responsibility to keep webhook endpoints and API keys rotated and secure outside the platform.
